I rented the 2 bedroom to host a group of friends who were visiting Ketchikan for a week. Viewtopia did not disappoint! Everyone enjoyed the great location, comfortable amenities, and the responsive and friendly hosts. This rental is a bargain compared to others nearby and the value that you get is amazing!

Fantastic property! The unit we stayed in was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The views are unbelievable. Best in town. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. There was a couple things we needed while here and owner was very attentive. Would definitely stay here again.

If you are looking for amazing sunsets and enjoy looking at the moon and lights twinkle of the water at night. And if your lucky you will get to wake up to the sound of the neighbor hood eagle perched next door this is the place for you. Walking distance to most of everything. The owners are amazing and very accommodating. If you need something ask they probably have it. Spent four months here and every day looking out the window is a mini vacation within a vacation.
