I am not a current renter but was looking for a new rental for some time. Vienna is very difficult to get ahold of. I called 8 times over 2 days and never reached the leasing agent. I was finally able to reach the front desk to ask application questions that I had which were not listed in the FAQ. I applied for a rental recently and went thorough a very lengthy application process which took about 4 hours total and cost $150 ($90 app fee for 2 people and $60 pet app for 2 pets). After taking all of the time for the application process requested by Vienna and taking time off of work to view the property, they then changed the pet policy on the rental to “no pets”. We would have never applied to this rental if their information on their post was up to date and accurate. It looks like they just reuse posts from years ago and do not update them. I would not recommend renting from this company. They have very poor communication and do not answer the phone.

I have been using Vienna Property Management for almost 10 years. This is by far the best property management firm I have ever had! Vienna does a superb job in terms of inspection (thanks Snookie), maintenance, accounting, tenant interaction etc. They seem super organized (process oriented). Rarely -if ever- does an issue fall into the cracks. They are local but still big enough to have specialized staff in the different areas needed for property management. They watch out for expenditures but still ensure the tenants have a home that is up to par.
