I recently had the privilege of working side by side with Karson at Victor Management. It was a very positive experience, both professionally and personally. I met Karson while searching for a new space for my wife and myself. We discussed several options and concluded that none of their current offerings met all of our needs. Then, Karson mentioned a space they were planning to remodel that might suit us.

We met on-site, and I was cautiously optimistic. After a couple more visits and, of course, my wife's approval, we decided to proceed. Victor Management was great to work with throughout the process. It really is a family-oriented business. I also met Karson's brother, Cody, who was very helpful and gracious. Cody was always so helpful and hard working. The entire staff at Victor Management is top-notch, always exuding the utmost professional tenor.

In the end, we came in under budget and on time. My wife and I both love our new spaces and could not be more grateful to Victor Management for their willingness to meet our specific needs. I discovered that they not only see things from a "property management" perspective but also understand the ownership side of things. This perspective allows them to think outside the box and recognize that conventional solutions don't work for everyone.

I am very grateful for the opportunity to work alongside all the fine folks at Victor. A big thank you to them for being gracious enough to put up with me for those few months. I highly recommend Victor Management.

My experience with Victor Management in Spearfish has been fantastic. Anna, who showed me the property, was incredibly polite and made the whole process easy and stress-free. She really took the time to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything. I had a few small issues with the door, lock, and tap. Cody came by to fix them, and he was great—polite, quick, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Overall, the service has been excellent, and I’ve really appreciated how friendly and responsive they’ve been. Highly recommend!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Wonderful group of people to rent from! Extremely professional with high standards of living spaces for their residents. All staff were very communicative, responsive, and respectful. Their Air BnB in Spearfish is fantastic too! I also love that they are pet friendly; my dog and I lived very comfortably in the quiet and convenient Spearfish Estates apartments.

I was so fortunate to come across a rental space for that fell under the purview of Victor Management. The space was price great annd clean upon occupying! Anna the office manager had been nothing but accommodating, with the initial showing, lease signing and very responsive….whether with DoorLoop issues/questions or being the point person on handling any property issues concerns. Karson one of the owners is so very personable just very down to earth and honest. Definitely can’t go wrong working with this amazing team.
