This is not our first rodeo with Veterans United - but with each home purchase comes its own special challenges. Tim worked great with our agent and us. Constantly keeping us informed and helping whenever we felt lost and unsure of what to do. He made the process smooth and easy and took as much stress off our shoulders as he could.
Ms. Suzann helped us towards the end with underwriting I believe and she too, had the utmost patience with us during our 2200 mile move. The staff / team of people here are truly amazing. They were probably the best part of this entire move.

Coming in late to the game after we had made an offer on the home because I had a different lender that was difficult to work with and catching up as quick as you and your team did, I'm absolutely grateful to have met you through our realtor. I do not think that everything would have gone as smooth as it did from that point forward if I had not switched to you.
