Been a tenant over 5 years. Yes, they'll accept your rent money but will never call you back. There's no emergency maintenance number.

I only gave a one because thats the lowest I can go. I have been renting through them for 7 years, in the beginning they were great and responded promptly. The last few years they don’t return calls, they don’t respond to emails or online messages etc. I have requested new paint and carpet as I’ve been in the house for 7 years no response. I’ve called about my online acct, no answer. I hate paying out money and cannot get the respect of even a call back smh.

They are very unprofessional and prejudice. They always take the cheap way out on doing repairs. I was a tenant for a very long time. I couldn't wait to move. Trust me when I say DO NOT LEASE FROM THEM!

Unprofessional and they don’t call you but know how to send an email for late rent the owners moved the home to a new management team and they never told me that my rent was increasing until the week before my lease was up horrible and unprofessional lack of communication ‼️‼️‼️‼️

I have been trying to reach this company for the past 2 weeks with no success. When you call you don't reach anyone directly. You have to leave a message. I have left about 4-5 message and sent internet messages, but have yet to hear back from anyone.
