Jim made the sale of our family home seamless and without complication. This was difficult, as we were selling our family home in the midst of a divorce. Our search for a new home for our family began in March of 2021, and we thought we'd be moving into someplace new over the summer at the latest. In the end, we didn't make a purchase until October, and our old home didn't sell until November. Throughout this time, Jim Martell was not only our agent, but a friend to our family. At no time did we feel pressured to act as we searched for what we wanted in our new home. Jim helped us find what we were looking for, where we were looking for it, and in the end helped us to purchase at a great price despite the ever increasing home values at this time. As a first time buyer, Jim was the best to work with. He shepherded us throughout
the buying process and made sure to take time to go into detail on the various
pieces of purchasing our home. If we had any specific questions on the contracts we
were signing, Jim was there to help us understand. His guidance allowed us to get
our first offer accepted and quickly close! His brother Bob was a serious asset and
provided great advice on what to watch out for as we toured houses together.

I truly can't begin to describe how wonderful it was working with Jim Martell at the VIP Group.
