I have been waiting for ten months for Vestavia Reserve to give me a credit on two months worth of Conservice bills in which I was overcharged. I have been told that other apartment's accounts were tied with mine and I was paying more than one person's bill. Every time I call, they say they will call me back but they never do. I'm tired of speaking with the 3rd party phone company, as they say they'll leave a message but again no one ever gets back to me. I've been sending emails, going to the office, and calling. I do not recommend this place at all.

Excellent apartments. Well maintained, quick and responsive on anything you need, courteous and professional staff. Garages are too small for big truck but other than that, these are perfect apartments.
*Update: So after living here a year now, I still love them and they really helped me out when my new house wasn’t ready yet and let me stay another 2 months at the normal price even though I’d given my 2 months notice. Casey, Megan and Jessica have all been awesome and made this a great home for me.

Vestavia Reserve is a wonderful community comprised of great people. Management is courteous and respectful and willing to assist in any way possible. Maintenance under the leadership of JR Gunn is exceptional. They are responsive and efficient with work orders. I truly enjoy living here and the peace of mind it provides.

Stopped by for a tour and was warmly greeted by Crystal Higgins! She was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful during the entire process. I even stopped by a second time to ask a few more questions and tour again to confirm my decision. She was just as helpful the second time around and made me feel very welcomed!

A great small community, lots of beautiful amenities and amazing location. The staff is great and extremely friendly. Hands down best maintenance crew I’ve ever encountered, especially JR. All manners resolved with speed and efficiency. Love this community

Vestavia Reserve is a great place to live. The people who live here make this community a family. The maintenance guys (JR Gunn, Cortis, and Leni) are exceptional. They handle all maintenance requests quickly and efficiently with a positive attitude. JR and Cortis are so sweet to my dog who will run after them if she sees them on a golf cart. The leasing agent Abby is so kind and has a contagious bubbly personality. My only complaint with the apartment complex: the breezeways, stairs, and elevators are very dirty. The breezeways and stairs have debris and bird poop covering the floors. They need to be swept and pressure washed.
