Our unit was very clean when we moved in, with no maintenance issues at all.

I was a pretty needy tenant and the ladies in the office were nothing but patient and helpful to me and my family.

I had a couple brief encounters with maintenance and they were very quick to respond and did the job well.

You will not find a better value at any apartment complex in the area. Thanks for all the help Terry!

Recently moved into the apartment area, and have really enjoyed the experience so far.

The neighbors have been really welcoming, which truly is something I’ve not experienced in my other places I’ve lived.

The new management team has been really helpful as well, with the addition of food trucks being offered on certain nights during the week. It’s provided a nice atmosphere of being able to just walk to the food truck to get a bite to eat.

The location is really very well situated with access to i65 and close to Sanford University close by.

The maintenance staff has been helpful as well, and would recommend to friends as a great living space.

I moved to Alabama from Texas a little less than a year ago. My original intentions were to establish my residence at a different apartment complex in the area, sight unseen. When I arrived, my initial impressions of the facilities in person did not meet my expectations. I immediately began searching for a different apartment and came upon Vestavia Park. They were so understanding and accommodating of my situation. They got me into an apartment the next day and it has been nothing short of pleasant ever since. I plan to renew my lease due to the affordable rent and the friendliness / helpfulness of the staff and management alike. It’s a true pleasure to live here!

Though I've only lived here a few months I love my apartment as well as the very nice grounds. Moving into any rental can be full of surprises but there were none here and I love my modern and clean apt and feel very safe and secure. BTW the office staff have been great to me!

I am a former resident here and one my biggest regrets in the past 12 months is leaving Vestavia Park. The grass is definitely not greener and the people are definitely not friendly other places. Vestavia Park, as I have come to realize 9 months after moving out, is not just an apartment complex it is a community with some of nicest people you could ever meet and live around. Sadly I lost that and moved somewhere that is just a place to live. I miss my community my Vestavia Park community everyday. My pool friends in the summer and my sweet downstairs neighbor were the best. Trust me this place is a home not just an apartment and I wish I was still living there.

Ive been here since the end of November 2022, and have extended my lease to June 1, 2024. When move in day came they tried to put me into an apartment completely different from the one I toured and said I wanted. The issue was resolved so kudos on that but my experience here has been “meh”. The parking lines are non existent so neighbors take up multiple spaces constantly. Which leaves me no room to park in front of my building despite there not being many of us in the building. The people on top of me make everything in my apartment shake with every step they take, I literally hear them stomping around all day and night. It drives me crazy . The apartment is extremely dated which is fine for what rent is but I feel as if they could upgrade it some kind of way. I have a 2 Bed , 1.5 bath … the second bedroom closet has the washer and dryer connections which make the closet space useless as an actual closet. The main bedroom closet is teenie tiny. The maintenance on the property is well kept. And the maintenance men usually fix issues in a timely manner .

Had to break my lease to move and they do not work with you on paying fees . It’s all due at once. Not to mention I discovered mold in my bathroom closet when I was cleaning to move out . ?

I have lived at Vestavia Park for a few years now and there is no place else I’d rather live. The maintenance staff is very responsive and knowledgeable. The office staff are always so pleasant and helpful. Rent is affordable and the location couldn’t be more convenient.

Vestavia Park is a 10/10 overall! The office staff was sooo helpful and kind to me when I came in! They have been more than helpful trying to help me find my perfect home!
