I’ve lived at Meadow Ridge in Davis for about 2 years and I’ve had a great experience here!

Kristen and Ion are a great team taking care of the residents and the property. It’s a very quiet and safe. They always say hi to me and are so friendly. If I ever need anything, I get a response from her very quickly!
Recently I decided to redo my patio by getting a new rug/buying new plants after the storm took out some of them, so I asked Kristen if I could get my patio power washed to have a fresh start.

Ion is truly a Jack of all trades. He’s fixed things like my garbage disposal being stuck in less than 30 seconds! For my patio, he reached out to me to figure out when be best so I could move all my stuff, and not stress out my dog (they look after our little friends, too!). Then, the day of, he stopped by to confirm I was ready and even pointed out a hanging plant I missed that he didn’t accidentally want to get wet! Great attention to detail/communication. He even did the walkway in front of my apartment too which was a bonus. My patio now looks great just in time for the warmer weather. Thanks Ion!!

After 6pm on a Sunday, I realized that my kitchen drain was backing up. I didn’t have high hopes that anything could be done at that time. Ion proved me wrong by coming over. Even though he could not fix the problem that affected a neighbor, as well, he got ahold of a plumber who was able to clear the drain by 10:30pm. Ion came back the following day to complete repairs to the kitchen sink.
I have lived at this property for nearly 12 years. The location is great, but the attentiveness that I receive is exceptional. Thank you to Kristen, and especially to Ion, for working so hard to make my apartment a wonderful place to come home to.

Love living here. Issues are resolved quickly. Recently I had a kitchen faucet that needed replacement and Ion the maintenance person took care of it immediately.

I’ve had things that needed to be fixed, repaired or replaced and Ion the maintenance person was always on top of it.

The location is amazing, and the community is great with good amenities. I have lived here for two and a half years and the property management and maintainer have been the reasons for staying. Absolutely have never had an issue with maintenance and having had issues fixed in a timely manner, the maintainer is very proactive and skilled and works incredibly hard to make sure we're always good! And the property management has had our backs and taken good care of us at all times.

We’ve lived at the Meadow Ridge apartments for 3 years now and they continue to maintain and improve the property ensuring everything remains in the best working order possible. Today, Ion, our indispensable and friendly maintenance man, power washed our patio to keep everything fresh and clean for the summer time. Kristen, the property manager, also does a great job of keeping us aware of updates and changes coming to the property. Both are always happy to lend a helping hand or answer any questions we may have. We thoroughly appreciate all their work keeping up the beautifully maintained property and and enjoy living here.

"I recently rented a place from Vertus Properties and had the pleasure of working with Diana as my landlord. From the moment I toured the property, Diana was incredibly friendly and accommodating. She answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the leasing process.
The unit itself was beautiful and well-maintained, and any maintenance requests I had were handled promptly and efficiently. Diana was always just a phone call away if I needed anything, and she went above and beyond to ensure my experience as a tenant was a positive one.

This company is extremely shady. Moved out of Edge in June of 2022 and they took over half of our deposit for $500 of cleaning and $600 of repairs. Completely illegal to charge that for cleaning and our unit was left in better condition than when we moved in. No one would respond to emails or calls until we sued them and suddenly they agree to return our full deposit. The cherry on top -- we eventually got pictures to support their cleaning and repair fees and the pictures were not even from our apartment. Different floors, different bathroom, absolutely ridiculous. Document EVERY interaction with this company, you may need it in court.
