Ventura Management.. they are the best company. Always on point. I moved to one of their property 4 years ago.. no complaints. Our property manager Tanisha and her assistant Ana are the best. Always have our neighborhood clean. If you wants to move here do not hesitate.

Do not rent from this company! They are scammers that gave me an UNLIVABLE unit. The unit had severely water damaged flooring with holes in it. I refused to move in and they have yet to give me back my deposit.

Editing due to response from Ventura. I did not view the unit before signing. Upon seeing the unit, I informed that I would not be taking control of the unit. You can clearly see in the photos attached that the flooring was damaged upon "move-in".

My family and I applied for a rental home with Ventura Management and the process went very smoothly. The ladies in the office were very patient with me as we had extenuating circumstances around the time of lease signing. They were quite knowledgeable about the property and responded to my questions/concerns quickly . I mainly spoke with Tome and she was very professional. We signed the lease on April 1st 2019 and so far have been very happy with our new home.

My roommate and I moved into a Ventura Management Property recently and to say our experience has been subpar is an understatement. Between water damage to our front door and crown molding, a bug problem, unsealed windows, garbage cans we can't get replaced, a mailbox we can't open, pipes not installed for our washer and dryer, a non-working garbage disposal, and a glass that still needed to be installed in both bathroom showers (resulting in each of us not being able to use each shower for two days) this house was far from move-in ready. My roommate and I have had no less than 30 servicemen in and out of the house to address these repairs. We asked that our rent for the upcoming month be discounted because of the time and money we've spent to address these issues, and they offered us $150 off 🙂 Mind you, we spent $150 buying air purifiers to combat a potential mold issue caused by the water damage :). I will say that the Mr. Jackson has been as helpful as he could be, but I had a completely negative experience with Ms. Williams. She was exceedingly unapologetic about our issues, telling us that none of our issues made our house "un-livable," and that $150 off was the best we were going to get. I've honestly never had worse customer service, lol. If you're thinking about renting a property from them, or using them as your management company, don't. Please.

11/8/22 Update: Wanted to pop back in with an update! I was recently charged a late fee in error after to paying my rent for the month. Rather than send me my money back in a check or back on my card, I was told the best I could get was a credit on my account, and that essentially their failure to repay me was my fault as I "had the option to not pay it." This management company is laughable, the service is deplorable, and I am so disappointed in the relationship I've had with this company. Again, please don't rent from here, there are plenty of management company with higher ratings and better service.

11/8/22 Update Part 2: I received this email from the property manager upon her reading the update to my review:
"You left a bad review because you made the choice to overpay. No accountability but you want me to work with you all. I also had just received confirmation that we can reimburse by a check but thanks for the review Brailey."
