We used to use valleymls for all our property searches and it was great. But now it is nearly useless. Not sure what happened. Back in the market now to find some properties after a short hiatus. Zillow is probably a good alternative.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Valleymls has definitely seen better days. Seems like they purposely sabotaged their site which makes no sense as they should want people to exchange real estate. Must be a control thing...

The old valleymls worked much better. There are some small glitches in some of the searches and other selections that someone might want to use. I have spent years looking for my "perfect home" and find many times it just doesn't work correctly.. It should have easy "print" selection like old site did. Some one just need to set down and pretend they are searching for a home . Use different search selections, towns, search by subdivision, etc. Another problem comes up with saving different "searches"(by subdivision, towns, etc) sometimes when I pull them up it says nothing is available, when I know it worked fine a day or two ago. The other site was very easy and always worked plus I could make copies easily a d pick them up and look through without getting back on line. It had all the home info, plus picture of each room just as they are onsite.

Just awful. This is probably my second review. I had to write because the site is just THAT bad. I've been using the internet since it came out. This reminds me of the old style hours of seek and find sites that take up so much time. Just terrible.
