Slum lords! Leased me a filthy home with damages… that they later charged me for upon move out. Damages that are on my move in inspection sheet. then they handle phone communion soo poorly and rudely they say I failed to give a 30 notice but told me they have record showing the phone call but because felize failed to tell me I had to give a written notice charged me for last months rent. Janky company out for you security deposit, never fix anything… a lawyer will be involved. Taking these janksters to court for my money.

It has been a pleasure working with the VIP crew. Drew and Matt are quite organized and on top of their properties. We complete a lot of property management work, and their portfolio is managed well. Properties look clean and well maintained. Documentation & communication from beginning to end is clear and timely. We have never had an issue with being able to reach someone when we have a question about how to proceed. Staff is friendly, communicative, knowledgeable, and represents the owners expectations well...No shortcuts with this group.

NEGATIVE STARS! This company rented me a property with poor plumbing and cancelled the homeowner before fixing the problem. I've been living in this place for a month with a toilet that doesn't work! VIP should have made sure everything was working before renting it. I would have never moved in, if I would have known. There's many things that don't work that VIP claimed did. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY!

VIP never told me I cannot communicate with the homeowner.

The VIP crew is very helpful. They have managed 2 of my properties for over 5 years now and I have had zero issues. They handle everything and they communicate very well. Drew, Feliz, Matthew and the staff are the best.

VIP is the best. Drew (our maintenance supervisor is amazing. She is so quick and professional in taking care of our properties and tenants. She has very good subs that do good work.
