I recently had the pleasure of working with Valley Fair Property Management, and I wanted to share my experience. I was fortunate to have worked closely with their exceptional team member, Tami Murray, who truly went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of.

From the moment I first contacted Valley Fair Property Management, I was impressed with their professionalism and dedication to customer service. Tami was incredibly helpful and responsive to my needs, always going the extra mile to ensure that everything was taken care of.

Throughout my time working with Tami and the team at Valley Fair Property Management, I was consistently impressed with their attention to detail and commitment to quality work. They took great pride in their work, and it showed in the exceptional results they delivered.

In addition to their excellent customer service and quality work, I also appreciated their transparency and communication. Tami always kept me in the loop on everything that was happening with my property and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had.

Overall, I can't recommend Valley Fair Property Management and Tami Murray highly enough. They are a truly exceptional property management company, and Tami is an outstanding member of their team. If you're looking for a property management company that will take care of your needs and ensure that everything is taken care of to your satisfaction, look no further than Valley Fair Property Management.

However I have had a difficult time working with Valley Fair Realty. I have asked at least 3 times for repair/replace my entry door which does not reach down to the threshold. When I ask for this service I state clearly I leave home at noon. When they come they make it a point to state I was not available at 1:00pm. This is not good. And the company has not reached out to me to find a better time/day.

Do NOT waste your time trying to rent any property here. My boyfriend and I were looking to rent a townhouse and as any normal person looking to rent a property we kindly asked to view the property before applying. Not only were there no pictures uploaded but the receptionist rudely told us they don’t do tours before having an approved application for every adult. Against better judgement we applied anyways and paid the $80 fee. It took over a WEEK for them to finally get back to us and that was only after I had to call and bother them about it 3x a day. We finally got to view the property and needless to say it was horrible. Such a waste of time and money. Don’t bother applying here unless you have viewed the property before or have at least seen pictures online. If you want great customer service and a firm that is worth renting from I suggest heading over to Trident Properties or Feather River property management!

My family and I have been renting from Valley Fair since September 2019 and let me tell you, they are by far the best property management company I've ever dealt with. Every employee there that I've spoke with is very respectful, knowledgeable, professional, honest and accommodating. If there is anything that needs done or fixed or anything at all, they take care of it quickly and hassel free. I have mainly spoken with Tammy through everything since the beginning and she is just amazing! Very genuine, kind, super helpful and supportive! We are moving rentals but sticking with Valley Fair, we don't want to go through anyone else, they are amazing! We highly recommend!

Horrible property managers! They hired cleaners after we moved out who lied and said there was dog hair all throughout the house and took $675 out of our deposit for it. (We didn't have any dogs, the owners made it clear that we couldn't have them) and the person who did the pre move inspection didn't notice the said (dog hair).

My dad was a disabled Vet and wanted to come down to be closer to me & my family.
Valley Fair was very accommodating and worked with Naitions Finest VA program to get dad into a very nice apartment. Sadly, the following weekend my dad passed away. When we talked to them about my dad's passing, again, they were very accommodating and sympathetic to the situation. My thanks to Martha, Terri & Kaylee for all that you did for my dad and my family .

Very unprofessional and rude lady in accounting. Didn’t get her name but she was extremely rude. My husband paid our rent on time and I got served a 3 day pay or quit letter. I called and she insisted that I didn’t pay my rent and was passive aggressive. After calling several times they finally found my money order. It was a hassle to deal with them. However Kalee in maintenance is great. She always gets the job done.

Today was our first ever experience with Valley Fair Realty. The receptionist was absolutely wonderful! She was very sweet and very kind. She allowed us to check out some keys to go look at apartments. When we got back, we informed them that we had two cats. Unfortunately, none of the places we looked at would allow pets at all, but instead of just saying they couldn't help us, the receptionist mentioned a place that would be opening up soon that allowed pets, took down our number and promised to call. I love that we weren't just turned away. Valley Fair Realty didn't give up on us. I HIGHLY recommend them!
