I moved out in August it’s now December going on January and I still haven’t received my deposit back which was $600. Ms.Tanisha the property manager is a liar she’s been disregarding all of my calls and emails & every time I call the office I have to leave me number for her to call me back which she never do! Mind you I’ve called several times every month and still haven’t been able to get in touch with her!!! I tried to be nice and cooperative with these people but all they do is play in your face and are very unprofessional! So now I will be taking further action. Worst management and staff I’ve ever experienced!

I wouldn’t give this place a one star if it let me. This is the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in and I’ve only been here two weeks today. First problem, the unit wasn’t ready for move-in for our move-in date of 6/3. They were still in here working on it and we didn’t have water in the shower for first day and everything leaked. The next day they fixed it and we thought everything would be ok, wrong! We found out our unit was infested with FLEAS. YES FLEAS. We do not own an animal or have been around one but the place is infested. Valley Crest has been giving us the run around and dragging their feet when it comes to getting it treated. We have sent multiple emails and visited the office many times. Pest control sucks but we pay for it. Leasing office told us we might have to vacuum twice and endure multiple treatments. Imagine coming home from a long day at work and vacuuming just to have to wake up early in the morning before work and doing it again. It’s not even our fault!! The property has stray cats living in the back wooded areas and won’t do anything about it which is more than likely the cause of the fleas. We have spent $100 buying things to treat our own apartment until they can get it taken care of which seems like never. Mind you we’ve only been here two weeks and all of these problems. Wouldn’t recommend this place to a dog.

Now that my mother who lived there for 10 years is gone I can speak my mind. This place is disgusting, the office staff is never there, and they charge wayyyy too much… it’s a dump. For the record, 10 years of on time rent payments, a single woman with no pets who works a lot of hours. My mom was on the 3rd floor and started having trouble with the stairs, she asked to be moved to the ground floor. They wanted to up her rent, charge a new deposit, a transfer fee, and another ridiculous fee I can’t even remember. Oh! And she would have to do a credit check, reapply… the list was long. This woman has been living here paying on time for TEN YEARS. A credit check? Rent increase, fine. Transfer fee to do it at lease end Why. A new deposit? Why. Tenants need more rights. I cannot make sense of it all. But go ahead rent to ten people and then it 10 times for the next decade. Idiots. Breezeways are GROSS, including dog poop on the concrete under the stairs. My mom’s balcony was falling apart. They are still trying tell her she owes money for water as I type. She paid her rent on her way out, her balance was zero. Water is included in the rent. Do yourself a favor and rent ANYWHERE but here.

Jamar was absolutely amazing.. I felt very secure and knowledgeable on the units and expectations of the area. He gave me great advice and was really funny and made me feel comfortable on the tour. The units are also very well mapped out and has attention to detail. Would highly recommended these apartments, and I hope you have Jamar as your guide!

It was not bad the first 5 yrs. Then the rent kept going up but the apt was not maintained by apt complex many repairs should of been done. Had my refrigerator break down. The bathtub was peeling apart and needed replacing. They just kept spraying it with epoxy. The last five yrs were a struggle for a parking place. Could never get close to the apt. Then at 60 yrs old having to climb 2 deep set of stairs was ridiculous especially when I had groceries. I did complain and was told first come first serve. I bet half those cars where not even residents. Many residents there had pets yet never cleaned up after them. I was always dodging piles outside the mailboxes as well at the bottom of the stairs. You all need to take better of your long lasting residents. Spent 10 yrs there and glad to be gone.

Minor hiccups in the process I didn’t get the exact apartment I put a deposit on and had to get a different unit with a different price from the one I wanted which didn’t sit well with me. The unit I’m in now has a not so good odor coming from the laundry hook up room and I don’t like that I haven’t moved my clothing in the unit because of the odor, the front office is cool just need to tighten up a little overall the community needs a lot more attention and caring for but not that bad but not that good either

The staff was nice. The reps were all actively working. I saw a person that stayed on the property have an issue and they resolved it then and handled it well. They had an apartment ready to show and its move in ready. I would recommend them!

I’ve had a few hiccups but overall I love my apartment . Ms lakesha was so helpful and understanding she needs to be the manager of this property because she gets it so professional and communicative with every step. Bri was on top of everything I needed done in my unit I truly appreciate it they made sure I was taken care of when others did not they get my 5 stars
