They never answer the phone! And when they do you get on the phone with obnoxious woman with no respect, who is entirely unhelpful. The address on Google is incorrect it is 1029 Menden Rd., Cumberland, RI, now I realize that when you put this into your GPS it will bring you to the quarry in Cumberland. However if you tell that to the woman on the phone she will mark you and ask How you could’ve missed it! Rude and unhelpful that’s the impression that I received from this company

I RECENTLY CALLED VALLEY AFFORDABLE WITH QUESTIONS REGARDING FILLING OUT AN APPLICATION. I HAD THE PLEASURE OF SPEAKING TO SHERICE. SHE WAS VERY VERY HELPFUL & UNDERSTANDING. SHE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS & ALSO WENT OVER THE ENTIRE APPLICATION PROCESS WITH ME. SHE MADE SURE TO LET ME KNOW WHAT DOCUMENTS THAT THEY NEEDED FROM ME & ALSO REMINDED ME TO MAKE SURE THAT I ANSWER EVERY QUESTION AND DON'T FORGET TO SIGN IT SO THERE WASN'T A DELAY IN THE APPLICATION PROCESS. SHE WAS VERY COMPASSIONATE TO MY SITUATION & SHE TREATED ME WITH RESPECT.
