I’m a young mom who still falls short every now and then unfortunately, however, Valdosta Properties have been the best rental company thus far and I’m beyond appreciative of their patience and understanding. They are very attentive, responsive, and respectful in the office. Any time you need anything they are an email or phone call away! I’ve been leasing from Valdosta Properties for a while now, and it’s been a great experience. The property manager is approachable and always willing to help with any questions I have. The front desk staff is equally friendly and makes me feel welcome whenever I stop by.

I also can’t say enough about their maintenance team. Whenever I’ve had any issues, they’ve been quick to respond and resolve things—often the same day! It’s such a relief to know that I can count on them.

Overall, I’d definitely recommend Valdosta Properties to anyone looking for a great place to rent! 🙂

Worst Rental Company in the entire city of Valdosta. Any other rental company is a better bet than dealing with Valdosta Properties. Maintenance request are poorly fulfilled with the upmost negligence of processing time. Will not reach out to you unless they want to charge you more money in some way. Doubled rent cost in as little as 4 years without any improvements or upgrades made to property. Expressing your discontent to their employees will, at the very most, net you regurgitated, bottomless apologies with nothing in return. I cannot express this enough, do not under any circumstances sign their extremely predatory rental agreements. -1/10 regret every penny spent, will never rent or do dealings with Valdosta Properties ever again.

I have been with Valdosta Properties for four years now. From the beginning process the staff were all nice, professional and helpful. Anytime I needed anything they were just a phone call or email away with a quick response. When I have maintenance issues they are fixed immediately and I appreciate that. Valdosta Properties has managed my rental property for 14 years and I am very happy with the services. When I call they are usually available, and when I’ve asked them to take care of something, they have done exactly what I asked. On the other side, they have always called me promptly if there was an issue with my property. They offer services to handle the issues and also work with my home warranty company if needed. Communication has been above average in my opinion as well. Overall I am satisfied with their services and will be staying with them.

On another note, I have worked with several different employees over the years there. Some have come and gone, and some are new. But all have done well to handle issues that come up. For the last 3-5 years I have worked with Cezanne Greene, and she is THE BEST! She is courteous, professional and works hard to resolve property related issues. It has been a pleasure working with her!

Finally, as far as property management goes…I am a realist. I realize that no one is going to take care of things better than me, but VP has done a pretty darn good job. No, they aren’t perfect! But no one is in this area. I live out west and I can’t be there to do these things, but I’m happy with who I chose. I can’t say that your experience will be the same, but I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you!

Still renting from this company, they're fast when maintenance work orders are put in
depending on what it is. I am going to hate it when I move because I know they're going to do me nasty like they've been doing other previous tenants with their security deposits. People don't write bad reviews for fun. The staff members are so nice and attentive. I dont know if these are new employees but I like this 2024 crew. This the best property I ve ever rented from and I ve been in valdosta for a while now.
