Ok, I am going to write a thorough review here, and I think my review will be justified in many aspects because I have lived in a V4 Management apartment (Camp St) for more than 3 years. From what I have experienced, it can be broadly categorized into three critical aspects:

1. The services --- we all know, fundamentally, we do not care about the landlord or (even) rent as long as we have a comfortable life after coming back home. I have seen many stories where the management system is so poor that it takes a week (or months!) to fix a light, shower or stove despite requesting multiple times! However, as I have lived here for quite a long time, I have this luxury to say that the moment I have ever texted/emailed Carlos about anything (let it be as silly as changing the light of my room from yellow to white!), he immediately took actions and fixed it.

2. The Landlord -- I had most of my direct interactions with Carlos. He can be professional, but he always used to have some soft corners for me (which would, sometimes, reflect on the rent as I use to renew my lease, hehe 🤭😉). Carlos is super responsive to email and always would like to clear things up even if he had to type a HUGE email! Although, I guess, he has a big team now so the one-to-one interaction wouldn't be that frequent for any new comer (another advantages I used to get from him! 🫶). Nonetheless, I have dealt with many landlords in USA and Carlos, by many aspects, stood up to be the best one!

3. The lease system -- it might be only for the apartment where I used to live but the lease was month to month. This gives excellent flexibility. Also, the payment was super convenient and I never had any conflict regarding anything. Carlos had been pretty clear throughout.

I could also add the location (76 Camp St), which was a supreme plus point for my living (close to WholeFoods, train station, Brown University, R-Line, 1 RIPTA, etc), but it might not benefit everyone who is reading the review.

3 years is a long time and it is only human that we might face some troubleshoot someday. For example, as I mentioned, Carlos is very professional and concern about the quality of the apartment. So, if you sometimes, forget the key or do not close the door as you are leaving, or do not dump the trash properly, there could be consequences. But it all for greater good. Also, I do not want to sound super biased as I am writing this review, so, I will mention one incident that temporarily upset me. I signed up for a queen size mattress and used it for a while. As I wanted to return it to him, he did not accept it and I had to pay the original price (although by that time, I paid way more than that for the mattress as it was included with my monthly rent and I still think the mattress was totally acceptable to return). But I understand what he did was the right thing to do.

I will conclude the review here, I had to take a new apartment as I am starting a new phase of my life with my fiance. The opportunity we were looking for did not match up with the existing apartments that V4 Management could offer. But if there were any scope, I would choose V4 Management at my first heartbeat! <3

I rented from V4 Management for the duration of my three years in Providence. They were super quick to respond to maintenance issues throughout, and fair/generous regarding fees- I got nearly my whole security deposit back despite leaving some scratches and holes in the walls that needed to be patched, which I was grateful for. My only negative experience was the nagging feeling I was overpaying for rent, which kept going up year to year (as it has been doing across the city, but still).

I'm currently renting with V4 through their co-living branch, and have had a great experience so far. With Providence Co-Living, the flexible lease and the ability to rent furnishings has been very convenient for me. On top of that, management is attentive to maintenance requests and seems genuinely concerned that the tenants have a good renting experience. The rent is a little on the steep side for living with roommates, but all in all, it has been worth it.
