We lived in Stonehenge for 4 years and we really enjoyed it. The management is awesome and they kept the grounds cleaned and well maintained. These apartments are cleaner than most I've been to where the rent is much more. Ms. Alice and her team are exceptional! Highly recommend.

**THE TRUTH**
At first I loved the apartments, they are nice and spacious and they kept them up really well. If you had a problem maitnence was always there. I've lived here for four years and the time I've been there they have installed security cameras, pressure washed once, repainted the parking lot and put up night light posts. But then every time it was time to renew my lease they would increase the rent so for every year I was there rent increased but no more improvements. Also management complained ALOT about things that went on in your apartment such as you couldn't take your blinds down, you couldn't put your trash outside, noise level, no smoking, dont have too many people come to get in the pool during the summers, others apartment complexes couldnt get in the pool, no cars sitting in the parking lot and a whole lot more..at first the complaining did not bother me but it became so bothersome omg!! But neighbors were nice, its close to everything in Florence, and landlord complained about stupid things and raised rent every year without any explanation, you had to Agree, move out, or your rent would increase $30 more which sucked if you're already on a tight budget! Also no pets allowed, which sucked. And my biggest complaint was that they find any and every reason to bill you something, they keep your deposit with no explanation why, and there was a balance owed on my account but I was never notified of a balance owed, I found out from another landlord when I went to go apply for another property. None the less if you want money hungry landlord be my guest, move here..

I’ve been with US REAL ESTATE for over 8 years. This is by FAR The best management company in Florence, SC. If you call, they answer. They are attentive to the needs of their tenants and treat them with the utmost respect. If you’re looking for a management company, I highly recommend US REAL ESTATE!
