We have had a wonderful experience with James so far!

This is the first time we are renting out our house in Spartanburg County so we were researching thoroughly to make sure we had the right support. We had been interviewing property managers for several weeks, but still felt uneasy about the process. We were about to give up and just settle for one of the other companies when someone recommended James to us. That recommendation couldn’t have come at a better time and we are so thankful it did! Once I reached out to James, he was prompt in explaining his services and setting up time for us to show him our home and discuss competitive rental rates and strategy. He was personable and honest and he and his wife were able to take pictures of the house and post it for rent the same day!

We were clear that we needed to find a tenant very soon because of our imminent move out of state. James understood and was efficient with the process, so much so that he was able to find a tenant in less than 1 week!

We are so thankful to have found James and his company, Urban Property Management! We feel confident that our home is in good hands, which is even more important as we will be living out of state. Thank you James!
