Adrian is simply the best at what he does. He knows more about the legal aspects of renting real estate than most, he's HONEST, is better at finding and keeping excellent tenants, and will answer the phone himself to help you deal with any issues instead of farming it out to someone else. This guy is a breath of fresh air. You just can't be unhappy with the way he does business. He's up front about everything from the start.
