I've lived at Franklin Station for the past two years, and it's been a great experience. University Real Estate does a great job managing the property—maintenance was always super quick to respond, and I never had any issues. The apartments are really spacious, especially the bedrooms and living room. Overall, I’d definitely recommend renting from them!

University Real Estate (URE) is my property management company for the apartment I rent and they are absolutely amazing! My move in process was very smooth and ever since move in URE has been very accommodating to anything that needed to be fixed in my apartment. They are very quick in responding to you about maintenance requests and do right by their tenants. URE does a fantastic job of maintaining their properties and holding their tenants to a high standard. I cannot recommend URE more!

Not a terrible experience overall but left a lot to be desired. Maintenance on the unit was prompt but decent at best. We received the unit as advertised in great condition. We were grossly over-charged for the square-footage/amenities we received. That's not entirely URE's fault but the owner's they manage for are some of the greediest in Knoxville. The unit had an extremely broken tile kitchen floor that went unfixed as well as peeling laminate on every kitchen drawer, countertop, and cupboard. They deducted from the security deposit something that could easily be considered reasonable wear-and-tear, especially after 2 years of residing there. The deduction wasn't outrageous, but every previous leasing company (3) had allowed before. Some people in the office are helpful and some are extremely passive-aggressive. Just be educated and researched before leasing.
