Don't rent from them unless you want all your neighbors to hate you.

Their truck has been arriving before dawn to service the portable toilet at a residential construction site across the street from my house. Customer service repeatedly assured me they would put in a request for later service, but the dispatcher refused to change the schedule, arguing that it is legal for them to arrive as early as 5 am! There is a difference between what's legal and what's right, and I'm sure their route includes commercial sites where they could perform early-morning service with little business impact so they could be better "neighbors" to the people in residential areas - but they don't care.

Truck driver delivered a load of cars to the rail head in Milpitas, Ca.
2 portables 50 yards away from each other, 1 for the gate guards use only and 1 for drivers, drivers is an absolute nightmare! Obviously hasn't been cleaned or pumped in months the tank is full almost to the toilet seat! The smell is horrendous! Absolutely disgusting biohazard!
Guards ..... clean, hand washing station, trash can outside, rail personnel use only!
Usually has a pad lock on door!
UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD!! SHAME ON YOU AND UNITED RENTALS!

Bad communication. At times didn't clean potty on regularly serviced day. Billing mistakes in the past, orders wrong. Scheduled new service for project which required special location and screening. I and my carpenter needed to be there for this set up. I was told toilet would be delivered by noon. Called at 11:30 and told it should be by 1.
No show. Called again after 1 and was told driver could not be contacted. Called for 4 times with A PROMISED RETURN CALL. No call backs. Cancelled order. Unless I have too, I'll never use them again. What a way to treat a customer which as used this company for decades.
