I had an extremely disappointing experience with United Mortgages of Amer Inc., particularly with their agent, Sanjeev Mehata. From the beginning, the level of professionalism and customer service was severely lacking.

Sanjeev Mehata was not only unhelpful
throughout the mortgage process, but he also displayed unprofessional behavior that made the entire experience frustrating and stressful. He failed to assist us in closing on our home and seemed indifferent to our concerns. His lack of respect for clients and poor communication skills made it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for him or the company.

I strongly advise anyone considering United Mortgages of Amer Inc. to look elsewhere for a more reliable and professional mortgage lender. Buying a home is already a challenging process, and working with a company that lacks professionalism and customer care only makes it worse.
