I am probably a challenging client to work with for many reasons. I analyze fast and tend to ask a range of questions that I expect an agent to have the answers to or know who does; and I appreciate mutual respect and frankness. Yvonne has exceeded my expectations. Her knowledge about a specific property I was partial to, for example, within the first two minutes had put the listing agent’s to shame, and she gave me an enlightening education about the challenges to be prepared for when living along the banks of the Spring River –all critical factors to know before you buy. What does she not know about that river? In addition to her knowledge and competence, I find her to be refreshingly honest, and an insightful guide. She steered me back on course each time I put the cart before the horse, with respect to the logical order of finding out things, which I appreciated. I have the impression that she has my best interests at heart, and her communication could not be better. When I speak, she hears what is important, and when she speaks, it is always to say something important, and to say it clearly. Lastly, in complement to her professional focus, Yvonne has a down-to-earth sense of humor.

I have spoken to a lot of realtors and none has inspired me to leave a review before, nor did I know Yvonne before I made a cold call about a property; this is an objective review.
