My experience with United Built has been an ease. From the beginning paperwork to the final walk through I had constant communication with Melissa, Mark and Mike at the Little Rock office. My home is better than I could have ever imagined and I owe it all to UBH. If you are on the fence, here is your push to do it. I can’t say enough good things about UBH! They made home building much easier than we ever imagined. Even when there was any snag, Mike and Mark were all over it and corrected it ASAP. They went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible and the work was incredible! They’re a superb group of people and I’d recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!

I had a meeting with Mike to talk about finances. He said I had 2 vehicle loans and I don’t have any. He asked me if I could get a co-signer. Why in the world would I get a co-signer for a huge trailer house. I’m a nurse with good credit, with plenty of money in the bank. They wanted to build me a house with no garage, no driveway, no foundation, and no brick for $240,000.00

United Built Homes are for people that can’t get anything else!!!! The interest rates for these little basic homes with no garage is insane!!!! There’s absolutely nothing special about these UBH!!!
