The Staff members were amazing. I did a mobile check in and return. When I pulled in the staff member offered to check me in faster. It was so easy to do! I am very pleased with my interaction with U-Haul.

A female employee lied to my wife and told her the van we were renting was 4x4. We asked for a 4x4 because of Alaska’s obvious weather conditions. It was a 2 wheel drive and a terrible on at that. It would get caught in the snow in our driveway where even my Honda Civic never gets stuck. It had a problem with the lights that required me to drive with the brights on at all times-a traffic violation. We had to have this sorry vehicle towed out of or driveway. It took 6 1/2 gallons of fuel to drive it 25 miles. I make me suspicious if they are running some sort of fuel skimming scheme. Our load was not heavy. Do not rent from these liars. Find somewhere else if you need a UHaul.

Excellent service. We have a long move ahead of us and they went out of their way to give us an awesome new 26ft truck and autoloader with new tires. They went above and beyond to make sure we have a safe vehicle for our move.
