Someone gave disability a bad review. I had an 8 o’clock appointment they checked me in at 7:30 I was unload it at 8:02. It was a very easy access to this facility overnight parking outside the gate. One of the supervisors ride on the golf court first thing in the morning checking your paperwork. Little bit of maneuvering back in a drive van up but it could be done take your time.

Will not deliver here ever again. The guy that came to the truck had a very Nasty attitude about appointment time. my dispatch gave me an appointment of between 9AM and 10AM. And he fussing about the appointment time saying im not on a list and giving me a hard time when I got here at the time of my Appointment that was giving to me. Most definitely could've handled that better and it was no need to be nasty about it. Then after he said he will allow me to get unloaded this time , he drives off on the golfcart cursing and fussing.

I have picked up at this location several times. Don’t recall ever unloading here. Like everyone else is saying: YOU MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT (unload only, no appt needed for loading). No appointment and they WILL send you away. When trip planning try to get here about 15 minutes before your appointment time.

They do seem to be dragging as far as unloading goes. I have enough time to write this review after all.

I’m giving three stars because the staff seem to be friendly and professional and the outbound loads don’t require tarping. They could use a little more energy and maybe another fork lift or two.

Some places here are indeed close-quartered. Keep your head on a swivel when moving.

Great atmosphere large facility. My appointment was at 11:00 I got there at 9:20 I was out of there at 10:34 .being friendly giving off good vibes goes a long way. Sometimes you get the good vibes.

Unload by appointment only, whatever time your paperwork or broker says will mo likely not match whatever appointment time they have for you… no overnight parking… not very friendly.

Appointments mean nothing, but you better not be late. They will refuse you if you are late, if you are on time (no more than 30 minutes prior to appointment). You will sit until they get ready to unload you. Lots of people just standing around that could be unloading trucks. Very disappointed they punish you for being late, early, or on time. Will not be back to this UFP location if I can help it. Only reason for 2 star rating is the receiveing staff are nice.

Must have an appointment and must arrive close to appointment time. My appointment time was 2pm i got there at 10 to 2 and was empty and leaving by 3. Plenty of room to get around with my 48' spread axle trlr. I dont hear well and they were very understanding and nice. It was overall a pleasant experience.
