Hi Tyson. A friend recommended Gavin to me to rent my house. I know you are his boss. Gavin's work was terrible. He had the house for more than 60 days and he couldn't rent it. The communication with him it was the worst. He never proposed alternatives to expedite the rental of the house. I sent him emails that he never answered. I spoke with my friend to see if he could help me and I think he talked to you.
I waited another week and nothing changed. I decided to change agents. The new agent put the ad up last Tuesday, received many calls on Wednesday, showed the house on Thursday and on Friday we already had 3 applications to choose who we would rent the house to. We chose one of them and they moved on Sunday. All this happened in 5 days. They rented it for the same price that Gavin had it for.
The most frustrating thing about this and why I am writing to you is that many of those who called the new agent had tried to speak with Gavin and were unsuccessful. Furthermore, one of those who came to see the house on Thursday had made an appointment with Gavin to see the house and he never showed up for the appointment. I cannot understand how you can act in this way and cause this harm (Maybe I would not have had to pay 2 months of mortgage) I hope this message is helpful so that you can offer a better service.

We just had the opportunity to sell and purchase a new home using Tyson and the entire Trillion team on both ends of the transaction. The process since the beginning has been white glove and 5-star. The entire team has been incredibly helpful, communicative and supportive while going down every imaginable circumstance. Bonus points for selling our house over asking. Couldn't recommend them enough!
