Samuel and Dana did an absolutely superb job of having the 2024 F-250 ready to go when I arrived. I was there less than 10 minutes and traveled 3 1/2 hours to get there (it was worth the drive). All the paperwork was done ahead of time which turned out to be quite a time saver. Thanks for excellent customer service. This truck will be used for ministry in Southeast Alabama and surrounding states as our churches minister in the name of Jesus.

I shopped online for 2 months nationwide for my perfect truck. I found it at a sister dealership to Tuscaloosa Ford. Samuel Wendland arranged having the truck transported here the next day following my inquiry. He patiently answered all my questions without any condescension (unusual with car salesmen, in my experience), and made the entire experience as enjoyable as it could be. I am 100% satisfied with Sam, Ms. Dana, and Chris. They all did a fantastic job. If that is the kind of customer service that Tuscaloosa Ford always provides, I will definitely be bringing my new truck in for all of its service. 10/10, would recommend!

I visited Tuscaloosa Ford on Monday and was greeted by Chris a sales representative and his trainee.
Both were very cordial and more than willing to answer all my questions with knowledge and professionalism.
They showed me a 2024 Ford F-150 XLT pickup truck that just pushed all my buttons.
They gave me a price for the truck plus a price for my trade in .
I told them I wasn't going to buy it today and even though they tried to politely encourage me to purchase it I declined and told them I needed to think on it a while.
Chris called to follow up with me the next day (Tuesday) and after negotiating some more we came to a fair price for the truck and my trade in.
The truck was prepped and when I went go pick it up on Tuesday afternoon Dana was very professional and explained the paperwork and made the transaction quick and smooth.
The sales manager was also very nice and negotiated with me more than fairly.
The truck is great and I am looking forward to continuing my business with them.
Give them a chance if you need a new or used vehicle.
I'm certain they will be fair and meet your needs.

Finally! An honest dealership with transparent prices, great deals, and salesmen that still have some “old school” humanity. I spent close to 8 months shopping for a truck, speaking to dozens of dealerships and salesmen across AL, GA, and TN, while doing extensive research on pricing and features.

This was the only dealer that earned my business. Frank was excellent. We negotiated over email and text for a few weeks, he got me a really good deal on a truck + allowed me to get that deal with Ford Financing @ 1.9%. After negotiating, I came in and test drove the truck. Then we did the paperwork and I was out the door in about an hour and a half. The finance manager was great too.

Most other dealers will publish false “sale” prices that are only applicable to INFLATED dealership finance rates. Stivers Ford in Birmingham, for example, charges an extra $10K if you use Ford Financing (illegal, btw, but plenty of dealerships get away with plenty of fraudulent activity). Tuscaloosa Ford gave me a great deal AND honored the Ford Financing incentives.

Next truck I buy will be from Frank @ Tuscaloosa Ford!
