Worse landlords I’ve ever had. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! I’ve been asking them to fix my roof in 4 different areas of the house my whole lease, cracks in the walls & floors literally had mice/rats coming through them, it was like a roach pin very infested… & yes I have pictures & videos of EVERYTHING from the time I got the keys until the time I gave them back. I’ve bombed the house so many times! The maintenance man literally came to fix something & told me all of my personal business & told me that they were in the office telling all of my business to everyone. Thats AGAINST THE LAW! I got the government involved & when my lease was up they were definitely rude! Everyone in this office is RUDE! Except for 2 people literally. NOTHING was broken or anything when I moved out, I paid rent on time EVERY month & they refuse to give me my deposit back! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! I will never forget this horrible experience with these rude people!

When My heat when out, someone was on the job in less than 24 hours. They immediately replaced the part for the AC unit, I’m grateful. My meter also was old, they hired a contractor and had my meter replaced with a brand one! I’m grateful for the price and the location of my rental home! I’ll be staying here until I’m able to buy a home!

Read their website before applying. Because I know my credit isn’t the best. Website says “when credit is marginal, we may ask for rental references and double security.” I also mentioned my credit before giving my money for the application. And the lady smiled and said yup, that’s right. My rent now is $800. The house I wanted from them is $525. My rental history is amazing. And they verified it with my landlord also. But just got told I was denied because of credit. So I asked if they were able to do double security deposit at all. Her dry ass reply “Nope. Can’t reapply for 6 months and hung up.” Just say y'all wanted my $50 cause if that’s the case, take that shit off the website !

So, 20 people apply for one location $50 per adult in the household DO THE MATH. Apparently, they pick the family that looks better on paper. Genius!

I read the reviews and ignored them. I gave them free and clear $50. I should have known better after reading reviews.

I saw this house yesterday on Plantation Rd, Columbus, GA 31903. I was very interested in maybe renting it but after reading all these negative reviews I think not.

Please read your rental agreement before signing, they will lease out the most raggedy house to you and will not make repairs. If they do make repairs they will make you pay for it and add it to your balance. If you pay your rent they will take your rent, add your rent to the balance of the repairs and serve you an eviction notice because you haven't paid your rent even though you did, but they put that towards the repair balance that you shouldn't have been responsible for in the first place. They add that you are responsible to pay for repairs in your rental agreement in small print so you dont know, but if you take them to court they win because you signed that agreement. The plumbing in their houses are all messed up because of years of not being fixed and when they finally fix it they blame the current tenant and make you pay even though the problem has been happening for multiple years with multiple tenant. This is a dirty company.

When asked what requirements needed to rent from this company I was told income and no evictions. I was not told that they would run my credit and that's what they did after my husband and I paid $100 dollars for the application fee.

They don't fix anything. They leave old carpet in houses. The houses are very cheap to rent. You get what you are paying for. Someone will be giving them a visit. People have been without AC since they have moved in their home. It's too hot for all of that.
