I recently purchased my first home working with Tai and had an amazing experience. It all began with me reaching out just to inquire about first if I could even qualify for a mortgage and secondly what the steps would include. He helped put me in touch with a realtor in Alberta (Moving from Ontario) and walked me through every step of the process in great detail.

I'm a long haul truck driver so my pay structure is a little unusual compared to most people, he was able to explain it to the lender and have them approve me for a great rate. Once we had the rate approval I also worked with Vita for the final steps. She was also extremely helpful and explained exactly what needed to happen throughout the process.

Today I'm receiving the keys to my first home about 3 weeks after my first inquiry with Turkin mortgage, I never would have imagined it would happen so quickly and I want to sincerely thank the entire team.

I will be recommending them to everyone!
