We sold our home in August 2020 with Tudi Holmes Realty and Ricky Crane. We were able to move out for the weekend, so they could show our home, we had multiple offers to chose from, and the whole process was super simple. I would never recommend this company for anyone looking to rent at all they don’t know how to fix something it is a constant back-and-forth with text messaging trying to get your property fixed the landlord only excepts cash app payments you don’t get an actual receipt you have to communicate through a third-party to even get a hold of the landlord they won’t no outside help to deal with any issues I dealt with a leaky roof for four months that continuously got worse to the point that I had to get a building inspector involved and the problem still wasn’t fixed do not waste your money with this company you will regret it
