I just spoke to the listing agent Julie dryer for the property in blue ridge aka adventure area. 12 ridge trail blue ridge.
She was very helpful until I asked questions about the area and accused me( an agent) of why I didn’t get a buyers agent/ like they were such the answer.
I am an investor and know what I am interested in buying - I live one hour from blue ridge and have spent a lot of time there.
If I was selling a piece of real estate I would go put of my way to help potential buyers. The nerve of this person as a listing agent was unbelievable- why they give realtors a bad name. Obviously too young and having hard time selling it -not hard to figure out .

First off, I'd like to mention Ayla Haney which is the first real estate agent we had contact with. She's motivated and knows the local area like no one else!
