We are going on our third year renting through Team Wess at Keller Williams. They have been exceptional and prompt at meeting our needs as they arise. I was very fortunate to have been referred to Bernetta (“Bernie”) and Kevin Wess with Tri-Valley Property Management to manage my Pleasanton property. I was concerned whether I could find a competent property manager because I know (from previous experience) how difficult it is to find someone who is experienced and knowledgeable with the local rental market. Because Bernie and Kevin have been managing properties for many years, their recommendations have been invaluable to me. Not only did they help me price my rental competitively, but they also found the right tenant and provided me with sound advice when it came to making ongoing decisions regarding the property. Because they manage a portfolio of properties they have the right connections to take care of issues when they arise (water leaks, repairs, etc.) in a timely manner. This gave me the peace of mind knowing that the home was taken care of, and tenant issues addressed in a timely manner. Hi Bernetta and Kevin, I wanted to send a heartfelt HUGE thank you with the sale of our home on Vermont Place in Pleasanton, CA.

Our relationship began several years ago as our property managers and thankfully you could support us on the realtor end as well.

Team Wess executed with organization, professionalism and warm open arms through every step of the process.

With us being located in Austin, Texas you not only acted as our realtors but as our eye’s, ears and providing detailed information to make our home show ready.

Bernetta and Kevin treated the sale of our home like it was their own.

They met with painters, landscapers, window, carpet and house cleaners etc…making sure nothing was missed.

The staging of our home was simply gorgeous and executed with color to draw in the right buyer. Wow, Wow and more Wow!!

The remote communication went above and beyond what a normal realtor would and/or could do.
