Worst company. Tried contacting them for my move out date and and no one will respond to me. I was told buy tristone that I'm not allowed to cancel my utilities and that it's the nxt tenants responsibility to change it over in their name. This place is extremely unprofessional. I will be stopping in to get my freaking answer. Should know to be weary it's located in fall river

The real estate agent was doing a showing and added even more uncertainty saying how much interest they had in the unit and how many people have done applications. A few days later they confirmed that my application got approved and wanted me to move in immediately even if it meant paying for 2 places to live at the same time to “secure a new roof over my head”. I explained to them at the showing that as a courtesy that most if not all landlords require I had given 30 days notice to my current landlord on 10/1 in anticipation of an 11/1 move as I was being released from my lease due to my apartment having mold and the leasing office releasing me from the lease due to the unit having several leaks and that the mold exposure caused my son and I health problems. The day they let me know I was approved was 10/10 at noon time. So they decide to send me out a decision text message after the application is approved and expect me to have everything packed and ready to go and a moving crew assembled on less than a few hours notice with move in funds in hand in the middle of a work day after saying how many applicants they had and how uncertain they make you about the possibility of getting approved? This company is nothing but greedy and all about themselves and the almighty dollar without any regard for the possible tenants.
