If you're looking for a place that offers privacy, comfort, and affordable pricing, renting through Tripalink is an excellent choice. When I first saw this room, I immediately decided not to tour any other apartments, as I had already made up my mind to stay here. The apartment is fully furnished, and the room has its own bathroom, making it very comfortable to live in, not to mention the price is just around $1000. Whenever I need maintenance, I just submit a request through the tenant portal, and they send someone to resolve the issue by the next day. Even when I visit the office in person to make a request, their response is quick. I spoke with someone named Karen, who was very polite and friendly, and was already working to address my concerns. What’s more, when I visited the office in person, I even received a gift. I really like it here. 🙂

I do not recommend it! I rented a room in a shared property managed by Tripalink, however, it said it was smoke-free and did not accept pets. However, the property smells like weed and people smoke all the time in the kitchen. There is a dog being raised in the kitchen, with dirty toilet pads all the time. I left the property in October and you continue to charge me. The manager Amy does not resolve anything, does not respond to emails and does not return calls. Horrible!

The ample desk space and well-placed lighting made late-night study sessions surprisingly enjoyable. The closet and storage options were more than enough for my college wardrobe, ensuring that my living space remained tidy and organized.
The bathroom's modern fixtures, clean design, and the inclusion of quality toiletries made my daily routine a pleasure. It's a small detail, but the little luxuries like this contribute to a positive living experience.
The location of the unit is another huge plus. Close proximity to campus (about 15-minute walk, 6 minutes on a bike/electric scooter), local eateries, and public transportation has made my college life significantly more manageable.
The property management team has been fantastic throughout my stay. They are responsive, helpful, and genuinely committed to ensuring that residents have a positive experience.
If you're a student looking for a comfortable, stylish, and convenient living space, I highly recommend Tripalink!

Pretty good but not very helpful for emergencies. The gate door was broken and I called to get help and there was no protocol or assistance for that type of situation. I was told that a door repair request was being sent and that they would let me know the next day. I asked what I could do because I needed to get into my room and didn't have any other place to stay and they said that it was technically a "locked out" situation and that they weren't responsible. It was really disappointing to see the carelessness and apathy in their response

Living in Hana has def given me the space I have been looking for with high ceiling, as well as the tranquility and modern ambitious space I have been looking for. The location is centered to all LA and it has all the amenities that are needed. Staff are very nice and helpful, and very glad I moved in a year ago. It’s a nice community with a very safe apartment complex that brings comfort.

Management is very responsive to resident concerns and is attentive to the state of the property. Facilities are kept very clean and organized, and the unit I moved into was clean, had all new appliances, and a great view. The building seems to be well-built overall, with substantial walls between units (excellent soundproofing, I never hear my upstairs or next-door neighbors).

I love that they have all the amenities that we were hoping for:

- gym
- garage for parking
- unit laundry
- pool (is a + for us)
- balcony with grills

I gave Tripalink a four because we keep getting our packages stolen & I'm not sure why this is happening. I hope a better system can be in place so that this doesn't happen to any other residents. Other than that everything else seems fine. (:
