Worst of the worst. Stay away from them if you don't want to be lied to or treated like you're ignorant. Kept our deposit and when asked about it... they told us someone else took over the park. Trash is an understatement (I’m talking about your mother daughter team you had running the show) you know the ones who could never be contacted or transparent. Also they like to act like they hire people to come do work... although it is people in the trailer park that do the repairs. Not to code at any level. If they are “contractors” then why are two neighbors that lived next to me gutting, “remodeling”, and doing clean outs after moves? Stop asking me to reach out to you. I’ve already stated my problem with your business and your employees.

I absolutely love my apartment and the team that’s associated with it. Shana and Jennifer were the best and I could not be more grateful for all of their help throughout the year of my lease. The complex is quiet, trash pickup is included, and maintenance is easy to request. I would definitely recommend this property management to anyone who is looking for a nice place for a great price!

The team at Trinity Property Management was very helpful to me when looking for a place for my brother who lived out of town. Shana took her time to explain the process in detail and when my brother moved here Lynn and Jennifer made the move in process very easy. I highly recommend this company. It's good to know customer service is alive and well at Trinity.

I am currently renting a home in my 2nd year with the company and I love their team, Shana is beyond amazing! They have a group of people that come out for your maintenance concerns literally same or next day and don’t leave until the job is complete! I would recommend renting from them 10/10

If you value transparency and communication, I would steer clear of renting from Trinity Property Management. We rented from them for about 8 months (July 2023 - March 2024) and Shana Parks not once responded to my multiple emails and text messages concerning a very nauseating cigarette smoke smell from a neighbor. The cigarette smell was so horrible it caused me to get physically Ill while sitting on my own couch. We tried to remain professional and nice despite being blatantly ignored and dismissed by a very rude and condescending lady named Leigh Anne in the office who told us we can “keep calling as many times as we need” when trying to talk to Shana. Shana was always conveniently out of the office or was in a meeting so she could not speak to us. It should take no more than 15 minutes at most to respond to an email or message but we received nothing in 8 months from Shana or anyone else to address the cigarette smoke smell from the neighbors that frequently left us physically ill due to how strong it was. Additionally, the communal laundry room was always gross, with open water on the floor, gross machines inside and out, overflowing garbage bins, etc. and it may take multiple maintenance requests to have an issue resolved like a leaking back door. If they are so busy they can’t take 10 minutes to answer an email or text, they need to hire more people because it is unacceptable to ignore a tenant and their needs.

We moved out March 31st and we did not receive our deposit back until May 10th after 4+ calls to have it returned

I do not think that i would have enough words to describe how grateful I am. You read reviews and you sit back and say Hmm that business could not possibly be that good (Well that is what I thought).

I was totally wrong!! Your services was absolutely top notch, any questions that I had was answered immediately-even questions that I did not think I had was answered immediately. Moving can be very stressful and extremely time consuming but- Your team made it stress free and actually enjoyable. Everything thing that your team did was on point- Communication was phenomenal!!

Jennifer has always done a great job for us. She has managed a small mobile home park and a single family home. She is honest, hard-working, and prompt when dealing with tenant issues. When repairs have been needed she uses quality contractors who charge fair prices. She has always looked out for our best interest. I highly recommend Trinity Property Management.
