I am extremely grateful for Tri Country Estate, they have been truly wonderful!!! I have been their tenant for the last year and I have no complaints. Most of my encounters were with Emily and Dawn, they have always been pleasant and helpful. Any and all maintenance issues were handled in a timely manner. I am moving from my present residence with Tri Country because of personal matters, believe me I did not won’t to give my notice to vacant but that’s life! I would recommend Tri Country to anyone searching for a realtor company!

Thank you Tri Country Estate🙏🏾

I have been a property owner and have enjoyed the business relationship with my property manager Emily Kelley for several years now. I have always heard horror stories about poor management, but I have never experienced anything but timely, superb, attentive, and professional dealings with Emily and Tri County Real Estate. From the owner and tenant side, Emily is the absolute best and I would recommend her and Tri County to my family and friends without hesitation. If you're looking for a TRUE real estate professional, call Emily Kelley!!!

I’ve reviewed before and now going on my 5th year renting from them. Just had a maintenance issue and was scheduled next day and fixed shortly after. Highly recommend. We love the house, and the office staff is always been courteous and responsive. Dianne and Dawn in particular have been very professional. Thank you guys!

When I wrote this initial review I gave it a 1 star. I would have given it a 0 if I could based on my first month moving into a rental property. Being a military family and moving around so often, I have had more property managers than I could count. Although I was very upset on how everything was handled in the beginning, I can honestly say that when I submitted my online maintenance request I was pleasantly surprised that everything was addressed professionally and quickly. Therefore I have updated my review to a 4 star. Great job!

Never do business with this company! This is my first experience renting in general and it’s been nothing but a pain dealing with them. They are unprofessional, rude and I see other comments also complaining they don’t care about their tenants. The original house we signed our lease for had huge safety and sanitary issues. Especially the bathroom. The floor was caving in so badly that if someone put any weight down on the tiles near the toilet you would fall through the floor. There was black mold all throughout the tub so bad to where I had to drive45 min out to my mothers house to bath my son and I. Mentioned all these issues 2 weeks before move in date: the realtors Dawn and Emily told us it would be taken care of since I have a young child and it was a safety concern. Also not too mention the horrible leak from the kitchen leaking into the bathroom as well. This place SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN RENTED OUT. Had to write many emails and texts over 3 - 4 weeks before physically going up to the office and asking for the Maintence guy to come look at everything wrong. Long story short the foundation under the toilet collasped and the whole bathroom with the mold and rusted pipes needed to be completely replaced; walls and all. WITHIN 24 HOURS. I had to pack everything all back up and move into another rental of theirs. Then here’s the kicker; they decided to not inform us what so ever when signing a lease that they were possibly going to be bought out. So they are selling the house we’re currently living in, and having realtors show people our home; like several people we don’t know coming into the house looking through every room, etc; whether or not we approve. (I understand this may be legal on their part but it’s not how business should be done) especially tenants as ourselves who always pay rent early and have never caused any problems; keep to ourselves. Even when there is something that needs to be fixed I don’t even bother saying anything anymore cause the headache isn’t worth it.
Our lease is up in December. But seems pretty evident they’re trying to force us out of our contract so they can sell. Don’t do business with these slime balls.

Bad customer service, unprofessional responses, poor response times, and sketchy maintenance fulfillments. Property managers treat every interaction as an annoyance.

Edit: AC unit's capacitor was broken, so thank you for sending someone out despite your protests. Thank you for the privacy of blinds (two months later), thank you for reimbursing my purchase of a shower head (after promises of one being installed prior to me moving in), thank you for opening the windows (still waiting on that actually - fire hazard), thank you for offering to have the house cleaned to be move in ready after I had already moved in. Thank you Dawn.

This company from the Realtors to the maintenence men are very incompetent and lazy. I rented I home for 2 years with many out standing maintenence orders. I contacted the maintenance manager about my door knob falling off he says well use duct tape to put it back on because we're not coming out to fix it! He was rude and yelling when I asked where is manager was he then informed me rudely that he is the manager and like he said that he will not be out to fix it! We have had nothing but issues with this company and have paid on time every month faithfully I would save myself the headache and waste of time by going to another company.

This was an awful rental company, and they do not keep up rental properties. I'm not sure if this company is still around, but I don't recommend it.

Edit: To your response tricounty: That was not my boyfriend and do not assume anything about my life. Yes, it would be hard to remedy because I know for a fact that the house doesn't exist anymore. The last time I saw it, it was boarded up and condemned. But that's not the point. These reviews are to help other people. There were several things that we called in that really needed repair and no one lifted a finger. Did I post a review late? Sure. But it doesn't change what happened.
