Tri-City has been managing a property for me for decades. They have been wonderful. My property has never been vacant for more than a month whenever there was a change in tenancy. This is a family-owned and family-operated business and they do such a fantastic job! As a renter in a house managed by Tri-City, I can't speak highly enough about them. The second I notified them of an issue -- even a minor one -- they were on top of it and corrected things with the nicest contractors who did phenomenal work! I also have a little insight into how they take care of the property owners and I vow, when I get a rental property in this area, Tri-City will be the only ones who manage it.
