Buying your first home can be so overwhelming. There is so much to consider. I met with Trenten and gave him a list of what I was looking for and the location I would like to be in. He gave me ideas and things to think about before we even began to search for my new home. After finding the home that checked all the boxes Trenten and his team went right to work to make it happen. I was so nervous but they were all there to guide, direct and reassure me every step of the way. With buying an older home there were things that needed addressed and Trenten helped me navigate the decisions and details. He put it plainly. He said “if you were my mom buying this home these are the things we need to get resolved!” I felt safe with that. He was looking out for me. I can’t thank him and Jamie enough. Amanda was in the midst helping and keeping me up to date on new information and Josh from the mortgage company worked tirelessly to keep me motivated. Paula really poured her heart into some last minute financial hurdles and with that I am now sitting on the front porch enjoying the comfort of my new home. It may be an older home but new memories will be made that I certainly will cherish for the rest of my life. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for all the kindness, support and encouragement. Mostly thank you for being such a huge part of my dream of home ownership come true!

Trent did a great job and was so easy to work with. From coming out and viewing our home, he was prepared with data and a plan to list; immediately after listing the showings started coming and we remained patient through multiple offers and Trent was supportive of our decisions. Through the home finding aspect he showed us multiple homes , many different days, and showed some even twice- remained patient and provided feedback through each showing. It was a pleasure working with him on both sides of the transaction.

Trenton was a blessing to work with. We have been in our home for over a year and still just as much in love with it as the first time I seen it. This was our initial experience with purchasing a home, and I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. We encountered difficulties with the closing on the seller's side, and Trenton and his team guided us throughout the entire process. He was quick to address every question we posed, which was very reassuring. I strongly recommend Trenton and his team. The pool at the property lacked a fence or gates to satisfy insurance requirements, and Trenton stepped in to build four excellent gates since we were not nearby. They turned out perfectly.
