My truck broke down. i pulled into a parking lot to some strip malls this company owned. While the renters threw a fit, the man who owns Trent Management Group came by to see what the issue was and asked if we would have it fixed today. I unfortunately had to tell him not today, and I'm sorry I pulled in here in a loaded down semi truck. He was polite and gave me the time needed to repair my semi truck, which was an extra day. I appreciate the man for coming to check on us working on the truck and giving me enough time to get it repaired on his property instead of having to come out thousands to have it towed. Very appreciative!

Any time we call in for a maintenance issue, it is usually handled the same day or the next day at the latest. Landlord works with us on payments and is very understanding. Could not recommend more highly for a cheap place to live in Conway!

I would give them a 0 star if I could. They do not look at paperwork for new tenants for their apartments. They have rats and bugs all over. Trent managment is a joke of a management system. It took them 6 months to respond to any fixing problem. Do NOT waste your time on applying for their apartments or properties. They have no care about their properties.

These maintenance men are slower than turtles and never fix ANYTHING.
Zack doesnt care about his properties or tenants. He lets us be over run with bugs and we are never even late on Rent...
Just as bad as the owners at at Oakwood Village Trailer park...
Do not rent here
If I could afford to move we would be long gone

ive been here two years and love it. cheap rent, fast response when we need anything fixed, and no issues if rent is a little late like at lindsay management.

I am just hoping they will take their job a little serious and respect customers that want to actually do business with them… i call the office trying to get a hold of ZACK they told me he had meeting on phone they will get him to call me back he never did i called back then he is on lunch that is soo disrespectful i think hope i am not tripping

I rent with this company. They are understanding and I have not had any problems with insects of any kind . I’ve only had one problem with the oven and it was fixed the same day
