Thankful for the opportunity to be able to live in a very expensive place by way of just BAH, but dealing with the management was horrendous. Madison was the worst of all. She's snippy, cuts you off like you're wasting HER time, and just overall rude. Maintenance was always helpful toward any issues with the house, and fixed them relatively quickly.

Travis Family Homes maintenance team is awesome! Want to give a special shout out to Robert Q.! He is always professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Robert has tackled a lot of different issues for us and we are always satisfied with the results. Thank you Robert!

Their system messed up and didn't charge me for the first 2 months I was in base housing. The first time i paid it asap. The second time I was instructed not to pay it and their system would fix the issue the next month. Well their system didn't fix it. I have spent the last 6 months trying to pay them back. All the while asking to set up a payment plan. Now they are threatening to evict me because I can't pull the money out of nowhere. Whatever you do, do not live on base. Live off base.

Do not live here if your anything but Airforce they will put you in the worst house possible just because your not Airforce won’t even fix major problems with houses either ,literal branch discrimination

I've never seen a management company with such poor projection of availability and management. We've been on the list since August 22. Reported to Travis in January. We did weekly check-ins just to stay updated. Travis homes told us over and over we were #21 on the list and to expect 9mo-1 year (or more) for a home. After 2 months of self-funded temp housing we ended up buying a house due to the lack of decent rentals on the economy. The day after going under contract, TH calls us with a housing offer... I declined and said to remove me from the list since we bought due to the information we were given. Now, a few months later they offer us yet another house. 2 housing offers in a 4 month period, yet when we called for updates we still got the same "expect a 1 year wait."

The lack of availability projection and management is a disservice to our airmen and their families. You force our Airmen into less than ideal living and financial situations with your lack of management. Do better and stop screwing our Airmen over. The housing economy on the local economy is trash and you're bleeding our Airmens families out financially.

Home was so so. However, when out processing they said I would owe money. Sure, no problem. Except big problem, they never notified me of my debt and destroyed my credit. Why are vets homeless...because of companies like this!
