This review is specifically for VP Michael Cisternino:
He does not respond to emails, speaks to you condescendingly, does not read his own contracts and then tries to fool you into giving him more money. Additionally, he does not respect your time. For example, he showed up to a meeting 20 minutes late because he was sitting in his car talking on the phone. When our contract ended he insulted me and my family and then shoved his other deals in our face to show us how much money he makes and how unimportant we were to him as clients. There are probably thousands of other real estate brokers in CA, it won't be hard to find a better one than Michael Cisternino.
