Our home shopping situation was a little different from the ordinary. My wife and I lived in NY at the time but knew we wanted to move to the Atlanta area; we just didnt know anything about the surrounding areas. Our entire experience was communicating with Kara from up north and letting us know what we wanted. We came to GA and within a week, we were in contract.
We worked with Kara Corley and she really made the entire experience easy. Kara really listened to our needs and requirements, advising us on what was realistic and what areas they were realistic in. Kara managed to show us exactly what we asked for with additions, instead of showing us any home in our budget. This was a task well-handled since our asks kept changing. Kara detailed knowledge of homes and areas was paramount.
Kara was really a one shop service. She gave us few choices on Home Engineers, Lenders and closing attorneys.
In total we looked at like only 8 homes and of those, found our forever home.
