I have used Traci for several home loans and refinances over the last 9+ years and 3 houses. She came recommended by my best friend whose family has been using her help for years. I can’t believe I have never reviewed her here before! I’m ashamed. Traci is the best loan person on the planet and i have recommended her to everybody I know! I have always loved working with her and she makes the process a complete breeze. She gives you all of your options clearly detailed on a spreadsheet and I have never felt like she was selling me on anything. I always felt that she was giving me all possible options and helping me figure out the best loan for my personal needs. My credit union could never match the rates I could get with Traci and I have been loyal to Traci when she has changed companies. She is gold and any loan company should consider her their best asset. Now the sad part. I moved out of CA and can no longer use Traci! I appreciate her even more now that I am dealing with somebody else at Loan Depot. Nobody is like Traci and I miss her!
