I've always bought and sold my own houses but in this market I wasn't able to sell this last house myself. So, I started searching for a realtor. Choosing Traci to help with the sale of our home was the best decision. It was so easy and she made it as stress free as she was able. Her marketing is fantastic. She's motivated and will sell your house. My favorite thing about working with Traci is how responsive she is. There was never a time she didn't respond to me...fast. Also, if she received an update on the process, she immediately sent the update to me. I was never left in the dark or wondering what was going on. She's on top of it so you don't have to worry if a ball is getting dropped. She's awesome!
