My experience with Traci as my realtor was, by far, the best I've had with selling a house. She did exactly as she said she would do. She devised a plan and worked the plan to bring top dollar for my house and did so in a way that was professional and in a way that both parties were happy. There literally was jumping with joy and sighs of relief during the process.

Traci Nelson, Realtor... Where to even begin? She redefines the meaning of REALTOR for me. Working with her was a wonderful experience. Here are my top five favorite things about Traci...
1. She is a great COMMUNICATOR - every day she called me or sent me a text to update me on anything going on. This meant a lot. She explains things well.
2. She (and her company) are incredible MARKETERS - within 24 hours of listing my home Traci sent me a marketing plan and stuck to it. She advertised my home on specific websites for period homes. She put my home in nationwide online ads (CNN, Instagram, NYT, etc) where it got thousands of views in a short period of time. She made a YouTube video that was so cute and whimsical. Within one week of listing my home she staged an Open House and put it on the local caravan with great turnout for both. Consequently, within less than two weeks I had an offer and a contract on my house at close to asking price!
3. She has great IDEAS. Traci advised me to stage my house, and the "stager", Dana of Elite Elegance, quickly moved staging furniture from another house TRACI HAD SOLD into my house. This made a huge difference. Also, she had other ideas about putting pictures of updated closets in the closet, and on and on.
4. I trusted Traci because I felt like she was an ADVOCATE for me. She seemed to have my best interest at heart. I totally turned over negotiations to her, knowing that she was savvy and trustworthy.
5. Traci is PERSONABLE AND FUN to work with. This may sound trite, but she is REAL and LIKABLE. I could go on and on.

I am very grateful to Traci and Ansley Christie Realty. Also, I have met several of the realtors there and they all seem charismatic and seem to have a lot on the ball!

Traci was recommended to us by someone she knew from college. Sometimes recommendations based on personal relationships can be hit or miss, but this one was an absolute hit. Traci and I didn’t know each other from a can of paint, but that didn’t stop her from treating us as if she’d known us her whole life. At every turn we always felt as if she had our best interest at heart. She made sure every base was covered. If you want someone that’s going to protect your interest as a buyer or seller, it’s Traci. We’ve worked with more agents than most people will ever work with in their lifetimes, so believe me when I tell you we’ve known good ones and bad ones. Traci is top tier.

We were purchasing our property from out of town and intentionally sought out an agent that was in the area. Traci constantly reminded us of why that was the right move. She was there every time we couldn’t be. Traci was constantly helping us with her network which got us through the due diligence period since we didn’t know a single soul in the area. We made it all the way to the closing table and a lot of that was due to her being the incredible agent that she is.

Traci is a brilliant woman, and you will not be disappointed having her as your agent.

Traci’s experience and deep understanding of the market is invaluable. She provided exceptional service, was always punctual, and was incredibly responsive to our queries. She turned what could have been a stressful process into an enjoyable experience. Traci did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and county inspections that you get when you are buying new construction and/or selling your home. Traci presented the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. The amount of effort and time she put into walking us through the process is unbelievable. She spent time, and never rushed walking us through the “big picture.” From there on out, she was always available to provide us with the information that we needed (or didn’t need, but needed for the sake of our sanity) – every decision that we made, small or big, mattered to her. Not only did we feel like we had all the information we needed to make the best decisions, but we also felt like we were in good hands. We didn’t know all of the right questions we should be asking (or do’s and don’ts, for example) and she would proactively provide this information, which made us feel like we were walking through this process with eyes wide open. Traci looks out for you and has your best interests in mind. I highly recommend her as your realtor giving her a 100/10.
