Sebastian and Garrett were so easy to work with. I did a lot of questions and the application by telephone and text throughout the day, then went to test drive to confirm I loved the vehicle, and they had my paperwork all ready to get me in and out in a timely manner. I've been a loyal Nissan customer for over 15 years (specifically with my local dealership) but in 2021 they could not get the car I specifically wanted so I did the research myself. I found her (2021 Nissan Rogue Platinum white with peanut butter interior) on the Townsend Nissan website and reached out. It was then that I was connected with Brad Trull, the most sweet southern gentleman you'll ever meet in your life, and I never looked back. This man worked with me REMOTELY (I'm in Pensacola) to make sure I was not only taken care of but seen and heard. He went above and beyond to help a stranger, he met over the phone, to ensure my complete and total satisfaction. It was the best car buying experience I have ever encountered (and let's be real, these are not experiences we usually look forward to, they have a reputation to be salesy). The customer service here is unmatched. Not only has my sales rep gone the extra mile over and over again but so has the GM, Kielan Whitner, they make the process as smooth as butter and worry free. Legit, my vehicle was delivered to me at my office this morning from Tuscaloosa. Does it get any better than that? Nah. not a bit. I don't just highly recommend Townsend, I am telling you there's no other option!
