We relocated from Boston Massachusetts to South Carolina. We contacted the property manager Leslie and she helped us tremendously. It was an easy move since then. We have been here since April 1st and it has been a smooth transition. We are happy with the moving experience and the property. Worst decision I’ve ever made , thinking I was moving into a better living situation. The price is absurd they will say your rent one price and the next month it three hundred more than agreed upon . The buildings are nasty and roach infested no matter how much you clean they are lodged in between mirrors and base boards the carpet was disgusting overall the worst place I’ve ever stayed coming from living in my previous residence for over 4 years I’ve only been here about 5 months and ready to go if you can get into a actual house I recommend that

we had a corporate lease with this company which means the corporation is responsible for all the financial obligations of the lease agreement we paid the deposit and rent on time each month..... and they made the checks out to our clients when our company paid the deposit Note: (our clients don't work for Spectrum) once we called to check on the deposit they said I should take that up with my client .....I said No we paid THE DEPOSIT to town center at lake Carolina after speaking with a manager she got on the phone very unprofessionally I told her that she was suppose to make the checks out to spectrum after going back and forth after I ask for corporate she told me she is corporate in so many words and hung up in face I was like WOW .I tried calling back no answer. Just like with a residential lease the deposit goes back to the leasee and with a corporate lease the money goes back to the corporate the error I understand but the unprofessional was unexpected
