Tower Hill Landings - Kingston, Rhode Island

I lived at Tower Hill Landings for 3 years (2016-2019) and really enjoyed it. The pros are - a very friendly and helpful management, immediate and helpful responses to maintenance requests (and going out of their way to help, too), heat and hot water included in rent, on the bus route 66 and Kingston Flex 210 route serving grocery stores, URI campus, beaches, etc, lots of parking space, next door to East Farm which hosts a Farmers Market from Spring through Fall, beautiful landscaping, friendly neighbors, large windows in the living room and great views. The only cons I faced were - too small closets in the model I rented, no power outlet in the bathroom (varies by unit) and the washers in the laundry rooms were not great (driers were awesome). Also, I chose a model without dishwasher. These things were not a big deal for me, I was able to manage fine.

I really appreciate the management for their prompt response to any situation - once we had a boil water advisory and the manager went door to door, knocked, explained and gave a copy of the instructions within an hour or two of the advisory. I realized how prompt they were when I heard from a colleague living at an upscale apartment complex that they were told only the next day, more than 24 hours later by their management! Tower Hill management has been very prompt, responsive, reasonable and friendly. I enjoyed living there! They always have a waitlist, so do check 3-4 months early if you are interested and wish you the best!

Kristy and Derek at the Tower Hill Landings office have been so wonderful with me and my family. They are very friendly and responsive and they made my transition to Rhode Island easy. The buildings and landscaping are always being maintained so that the property looks beautiful and I am very happy with my apartment space.

My experience at Tower Hill Landings was very positive. It was my first apartment on my own and I could not be happier to have picked this community. From day one, the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. A quiet and well-maintained community, Tower Hill Landings has proven to be very safe for families and close to several amenities.

I loved my one bedroom apartment and the privacy it offered; if I ever had an issue, the maintenance was quick to respond and friendly. Kristy, the manager, in particular has always gone above and beyond to accommodate my requests. In addition to the quick response times, Kristy personally reached out to me to make sure that any maintenance requests, general concerns or just about anything I needed was taken care of. I strongly encourage all current residents and future residents to reach out to the professional team here as they never failed to make my stay pleasant.

I unfortunately, had to leave due to a new job location but would be back in a heartbeat if the opportunity presented itself. Furthermore, Tower Hill Landings is a growing community and I would strongly encourage you to visit it and meet the staff if you are looking for a new home.

Kristy and Derek have gone above and beyond to accommodate myself and my service dog. They made the moving process a breeze, explaining every step and responding promptly to all my silly little questions. I had some initial concern that I would be met with trouble in regards to having a service dog but Kristy and Derek have welcomed Darwin and I with open arms and have taken time to get to know us personally and make sure we are comfortable with our new home and our new environment. We can’t thank Kristy and Derek enough for all they’ve done and we highly recommend Tower Hills Landings.
